New Look 1947 begins where ylang-ylang does, a silky floral ribbon in humid air drawing you in. Beneath it, pink pepper settles as rosy peppercorns bursting with sparkle, while benzoin drifts toward a rich balsam glow in still air. Toward the top, tuberose reads as the dense sweetness of candlelit petals and peony as a pink bloom with watery silk. In the end it is soft and blooming, a floral, resinous core brightened by warm spice.
