Sauvage Parfum starts quietly, raspberry unfolding as soft drupelets collapsing on the tongue. Below the surface, bergamot turns to the polished snap of Calabrian peel and sandalwood answers as sandal cream with a tropical hush. A thread of amber runs across — warm gold pooled in shadow — and vanilla follows as pod flesh warmed to treacle darkness. In the end it is warm and edible, a sweet, resinous core anchored by dry woods and citrus.
