Carlisle

Carlisle starts quietly, osmanthus unfolding as a golden bloom with suede-fruit depth. Underneath the opening, opoponax deepens into resin warmth with a dusky sweetness, and davana answers as an aromatic leaf with jammy undertones. A thread of resins runs across — amber sap thickening in still heat — and vanilla follows as pod flesh warmed to treacle darkness. In the end it is warm and balsamic, a resinous, sweet core brightened by aromatic herbs and white florals.
